Last updated August 20, 2026
1. Scope
This policy explains how Degen Launcher handles information when you browse the service, connect a wallet, create or manage a launch, or contact us.
2. Information we process
- Account and authentication information, including your public wallet address and signed authentication message.
- Launch information such as token settings, public metadata, artwork, mint and pool addresses, transaction signatures, and timestamps.
- Contact-form information including your name, email address, subject, message, IP address, and browser details.
- Technical information such as requested pages, session identifiers, logs, device/browser information, and security events.
- Public blockchain and market data obtained from Solana and third-party data providers.
3. How we use information
- Provide wallet authentication and the launch, liquidity, and monitoring workflows.
- Maintain launch records, diagnose failures, prevent abuse, and protect the service.
- Respond to enquiries and administer our relationship with users.
- Understand service performance and comply with applicable legal obligations.
4. Public blockchain data
Solana addresses and transactions are public. Information written to a blockchain may be permanently visible and cannot be deleted or corrected by Degen Launcher. Do not include confidential or personal information in token metadata.
5. Service providers
We may share information as necessary with infrastructure, hosting, RPC, security, analytics, and market-data providers. Contact forms use Cloudflare Turnstile when enabled to detect automated abuse. Launches may interact with Solana, Raydium, and configured data/RPC services, each of which may process requests under its own terms and privacy policy.
6. Cookies and sessions
We use essential cookies or similar storage for security, session continuity, CSRF protection, and wallet authentication. Optional analytics may be used where configured and permitted.
7. Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably required to provide the service, maintain security and audit records, respond to enquiries, and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet or blockchain system is risk-free.
8. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection concerning personal information we control. These rights do not extend to immutable public blockchain records or information we must retain by law.
9. International processing and children
Providers may process information in countries other than your own. Degen Launcher is not intended for children or anyone below the minimum age required to enter binding agreements in their jurisdiction.
10. Changes and contact
We may update this policy as the service evolves. The updated date will be shown above. Send privacy questions or requests through the contact form.
