Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Degen Launcher, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility and authority

You must be legally capable of entering a binding agreement and permitted to use token and blockchain services where you live. If you act for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind it.

3. Self-directed, non-custodial service

Degen Launcher provides software tools. You select the token configuration, wallet, liquidity, and transactions. Interactive transactions are submitted only after approval through your wallet. We do not control your wallet, recover keys, reverse blockchain activity, guarantee token value, or promise that a transaction or third-party service will remain available.

4. Fees and blockchain costs

Before approval, the interface identifies applicable Degen Launcher launch or LP creation fees. Network rent, priority fees, Raydium fees, swap fees, and other third-party costs may also apply. Confirmed blockchain transactions and fees are generally irreversible. A launch fee paid with a successful mint is not refunded merely because you later choose not to create a liquidity pool.

5. Risks and no advice

• Tokens can lose all value and may be illiquid, volatile, fraudulent, or technically defective.
• Smart contracts, wallets, RPC providers, exchanges, and blockchains can fail or be attacked.
• Trending status, market capitalization, and other data may be delayed, incomplete, or incorrect.
• Nothing on Degen Launcher is investment, legal, accounting, or tax advice, or a recommendation or endorsement.

6. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for transaction review, wallet security, token content, intellectual-property rights, consumer disclosures, taxes, securities/financial regulation, sanctions, marketing, and every other obligation that applies to your activity.

7. Prohibited use

You may not use Degen Launcher for fraud, market manipulation, impersonation, infringement, malware, unlawful financial activity, sanctions evasion, deceptive promotion, harassment, service disruption, unauthorized access, or any activity that violates applicable law or third-party rights.

8. Third-party services and content

Degen Launcher depends on third parties including wallets, Solana, Raydium, RPC and data providers. Their terms apply separately. We are not responsible for third-party services, tokens, links, data, outages, or actions.

9. Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue features and may block activity reasonably believed to threaten users, the service, or legal compliance. We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and updated date.

10. Disclaimers and limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Degen Launcher is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness, accuracy, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, or financial outcome. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Degen Launcher and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages, loss of tokens or keys, failed transactions, or third-party conduct. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
